Terms and Conditions for Equipment Booking

1. Equipment Check & Responsibility

Before taking out any equipment, students must check that all items are present and in working order. It is the responsibility of the student making the booking to ensure the kit is complete and functional.

2. Equipment Condition & Returns

All equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was issued.
Any missing, damaged, or malfunctioning items must be reported immediately.
Equipment must be returned on time to avoid disruptions for other students.

3. Damage & Liability

The student who booked the equipment is fully responsible for it, not the group using it.
If any equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen, the student making the booking will be held responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs.

4. Late Returns & Consequences

Late returns may result in a ban from borrowing equipment in the future.
Repeat violations or failure to return equipment may lead to further disciplinary action.

By booking equipment through the Siso system, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Siso Software Limited are not responsible or liable in any way for any errors, damages or any other loss caused by your usage of this system. For the avoidance of doubt this includes any loss howsoever suffered including negligence or fraud except where such negligence causes death or personal injury.
